Join us for Sip & Create, a relaxed creative wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, express yourself and reconnect through mindful collage and creative journalling. Every session begins with a gentle mindfulness practice before exploring a unique seasonal theme through collage, journalling, colour, imagery and creative prompts. There is no right or wrong way to create—simply enjoy the process and allow your creativity to unfold naturally. Whether you're looking for a mindful pause after work, hoping to meet like-minded people, or simply wanting to try something new, you'll be warmly welcomed. Enjoy two drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), all creative materials are provided, and you'll leave with your own journal page to treasure.
